You can view multiple cards on the app. To add an HSBC Corporate Card to your app profile, select the Cards icon from the home screen then select 'Add card'.You'll then be asked to confirm your date of birth and the details of the card you wish to add.

Choose the card you want to remove, select 'Manage card', then 'Remove card'. You can continue using your physical card normally once it's been removed. And you can add the card back again at any time.

Our exchange rates are the wholesale rates provided by Visa or MasterCard on the date the transaction is applied to the account, adjusted by a premium of 2.75%. For example, if there was a rate of $1.40 to the pound, our rate would be US$1.36. Our rates are often lower than the commercial rates for buying foreign currency and traveller’s cheques. The HSBC Corporate Cards mobile app currently supports 5 languages: English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. To change the language, please go to Settings and select 'Language'.

Logging on with a new device will automatically remove your last trusted device. To remove a trusted device yourself, open the app on the old device, go to Settings and select 'Forget this device'.

The HSBC Corporate Cards app lets you use biometric identification and can be used on Wi-Fi or mobile networks. If you have the HSBC Corporate Cards app, you can use it to confirm your payment. Just select ‘App’ and follow the steps on screen.

If you don’t have our Corporate Cards app, select ‘OTP’ or ‘Card reader’ (as available) and follow the steps on screen. HSBC will never ask for your OTP code. Please do not share with anyone.

I have an overseas mobile phone number: We can deliver an OTP to most overseas mobile numbers as long as it’s saved correctly on our records. If you have any problems and you have our Corporate Cards app, you can use it to confirm card payments. Otherwise, please contact us by calling the number on the back of your card. HSBC will never ask for your OTP code. Please do not share with anyone.

Click ‘Reject’ on the payment confirmation screen to return to the card summary page. Return to the merchant checkout screen and select ‘Continue’ to complete the transaction.
